An exclusive laser technique developed by Dr. Xavier Rojas.
TCX® is an advanced skin-health and global facial rejuvenation treatment, designed to improve the quality, firmness, radiance, texture, evenness and overall appearance of the skin.
It combines different laser parameters, refined over years of clinical experience, to stimulate the skin’s natural regeneration and help soften visible signs of ageing, sun spots, uneven tone and loss of skin vitality.
Results are gradual, harmonious and natural-looking. The protocol is tailored to each patient’s characteristics, without seeking artificial changes or exaggerated results.
The face is the most requested area, although TCX® can also be applied to other sun-exposed areas such as the neck, décolletage and hands.

Is the first consultation free? +
Yes, it is free. The first informative consultation lets us assess your case, answer your questions and guide you on the available options. The final recommendation always requires a personalised medical assessment.
Which treatment do I need? +
It is not always obvious before assessing the skin. During the consultation we analyse your case, your goals, history, skin type and expectations to recommend the most suitable treatment. Depending on the case it may be TCX®, CO₂ laser, botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid, hair treatment or another option. It may also be that the most prudent choice is not to treat, or to postpone treatment.
Does the TCX® laser hurt? +
TCX® facial is usually a very well tolerated treatment. Most patients describe it as comfortable or with minimal discomfort. The sensation may vary depending on each person’s sensitivity and the area treated, but it does not usually require anaesthesia or social downtime.
Will I have marks or downtime after TCX®? +
Usually not. TCX® is designed to allow a quick return to daily routine, without relevant visible lesions or prolonged recovery. Mild transient redness or a sensation of warmth may appear, but patients are usually able to continue their normal activity the same day.
Are all laser treatments without downtime? +
No. It is important to distinguish TCX® from other more intensive laser treatments. TCX® is usually a comfortable protocol with no social downtime. In contrast, procedures such as fractional CO₂ laser or resurfacing can cause redness, swelling, crusting or several days of visible recovery, depending on the intensity and goal of the treatment.
Can the TCX® laser be done in summer? +
Yes, TCX® can be carried out at any time of year, including summer, provided there is an appropriate indication and the medical recommendations are followed. As it is not an ablative treatment and does not leave open lesions, it usually allows an immediate return to activity. Even so, sun protection remains essential.
How long does a full TCX® facial session take? +
A full session usually lasts around 60 minutes. This includes prior photographs, review of the case, explanation of the informed consent, skin preparation and the treatment itself.
Does TCX® include eye-area rejuvenation? +
Yes. The full TCX® facial protocol also works on the periocular area when indicated, including the quality of the skin around the eyes and the overall look of the gaze. It is one of the most requested areas because small changes in texture, radiance and firmness can improve the perception of tiredness and facial ageing.
When are TCX® results visible? +
Results are usually gradual. Many patients notice improvement during the first few weeks, especially in radiance, texture and the overall appearance of the skin. Skin stimulation keeps evolving over the following months, so the result should not be judged only in the first few days.
How many TCX® sessions do I need? +
It depends on the initial condition of the skin, age, sun damage, pigmentation, texture, mild laxity and the patient’s goal. Some patients have a single session as a global improvement treatment; others may benefit from a plan of several sessions or periodic maintenance.
Can I book by WhatsApp? +
Yes. In fact, WhatsApp is usually the most convenient way to book, because it lets us reply in an orderly way even when we cannot take a call at that moment.
